I'm currently working on some elephant ideas and was inspired to do this sketch by my friend Terry Miller. His work has always inspired me and is always evolving. If you're a pencil artist or love pencil like I do, his work is as good as it gets! Check him out.

Hey Johnny, thanks for the 'pat on the back'. It is always nice to hear good things about my work, but especially nice when they come from another artist and one whose work I respect. These ellies are wonderful. I have not done an elephant work in quite some time, I think it is time to stand on African ground again! Maybe when the bridges are all said and done?
